ADIF is an open standard for exchange of data between ham radio software packages available from different vendors.
Support for ADIF 3 .adx format (XML) is emerging, while the .adi format also supported by ADIF 2 is widely supported.

The ADIF 3 specification is available in HTML-format here (V 3.0.3).

The ADIF 2 specification is available in HTML-format here (V 2.2.7).

ADIF 1 (.adi)

Most vendors used to support the simpler ADIF 1 standard. The ADIF V 1.0 specification is available in HTML-format here.
